Order processing

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (CST) Monday to Friday.

Order processing time: we process orders within 1 to 3 working days. However, orders placed on the weekend (Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday. Remember that holidays are not considered business days. Keep this in mind when calculating dates. In rare cases, there may be unexpected delays, especially during peak hours. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Mother Nature and other unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Including bad weather, holidays and customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping: $6.99 on all orders.

If for any reason a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, not received, etc., the customer will be charged additional shipping charges to have the package sent again. Please ensure that the correct address is entered before checking out of your shopping cart.

Missing items in my order
