30-Day Returns

Our refund policy allows returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. If it has been more than 30 days since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging. Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Transport

You are responsible for all shipping charges and are non-refundable upon receipt

In case of an error from the store, we will exchange the product for you free of charge.

Cancel order before delivery

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.

Return process

To return a product, please send us a request by email, including the reason for the return and your order number.

After receiving your return request, we will review and notify you.

Refund

Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund processing

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first and then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before you receive your refund. Officially posted.

Return restrictions

We will not accept returns if we notice unusual patterns or returns do not comply with our Returns Policy, or if the returned item is different from the original return request, or the return item is does not match the order you placed, in which case we may have to refuse your parcel.
